The behaviour package is set out in stages

Initially a questionnaire is completed and emailed over to me. Please download here

We then have a phone call to go over any quires not covered by the questionnaire, arrange

dates for a home visit and calculate the cost of any mileage if required.

A £50 deposit is payable at this stage to secure the initial home visit appointment.

•

A one hour house visit to observe issues first hand. This is filmed for me to analyse later.

The visits are best arranged when everyone who lives with the dog is available so I can

demonstrate any required training techniques to everyone together.

The balance of the behaviour package is payable before or at this visit.

•

A second one hour house visit to asses the trainings progress and make any adjustments. I

recommend this is carried out within one month of the first visit to allow time to implement and

practice the techniques.

• A third one hour house visit to ensure that all sections of the training plans have been implemented for you all to work through effectively. Again, I recommend this is carried out within one month of the second visit. • I will provide written plans after each visit for you to refer back to and implement the training. • A further two months of phone and video assessment support to discuss your progress, adjustments and future training. • If you require any further house visits these can be arranged and are charged at £40/hour i will bring a copy of the client agreement for you to sign, you can view it in advance here All for £165 Mileage fee’s apply if sessions are outside of Inverness. These are calculated via google maps from IV2 7HQ and are charged at 50p / mile return. This is applicable for each house visit and is advised at the time of booking.

A one to one session is an hour in duration and is charged at £40/session I will demonstrate the recommended training techniques and instruct you first hand how to achieve results, making sure you are comfortable with how to carry out the training. I will also provide written plans for you to refer back to in your own time. And provide distance support via phone/email in between sessions at no extra cost. ***Starting in Spring 2024*** Puppy socialisation and Basic Training classes Puppies are accepted a week after their final vaccination and up to a maximum of 5months at the start of the course The course is SIX one hour weekly sessions run consecutively The course is charged at £80. Fees are payable at the time of booking your place. Please call for the next available start date on 07807 377920 The class is run with a maximum of 6 puppies allowing comprehensive instruction to those attending. A client agreement is required to be signed at the first session, you can view it in advance here
